  I could not have asked for a better person to help me with something I had no idea about.
  
  Like most things, people from my generation use the Internet to look up where to eat, places to go and fun events. The passing of my mother-in-law was so sudden that we didn't have a plan or anyone to call to help.
  
  I called around 1130pm on that horrible night and talked to the phone receptionist who told me I would receive a call back. You would think that would be sometime in the morning but I was called back within a few minutes. Eric was able to help me through the whole process in the most professional and courteous way possible. He was very respectful and thorough.
  
  It sounds like your typical review but just remember that you only get one chance to do a final goodby and I think that they did a great job. I hope that I don't have to use there services for a long time, however they will be the first place that I call.
  
  Thank you again Eric for all your help through this very stressful and sad time.

  In our times of greatest sadness, my family has always taken comfort in knowing our loved ones were in the care of the Zizelmann family. Jon, Eric and Christine are compassionate and committed professionals. Their knowledge, uncompromising attention to detail and kindness ease the pain and steady the course during a difficult time. Every service I've attended in their lovely funeral home has been beautiful and fitting. I give them my highest recommendation without hesitation.

  John and Eric are, hands down, the best in the business. They handled a very large viewing and funeral for my father in rather short order including naval honors and a fire truck escort to the cemetery flawlessly and coordinated a meal for an overcapacity crowd at Trinity Church which was excellent. Our family cannot thank them enough for making this difficult time easier to handle

  The family at the Zizelmann funeral home over the past 2 years helped our family out with the death of both our parents. I appreciate the way all the staff and all cause it felt like everyone was family and not there for a business. My Father passed while I was out of town and Eric went above and beyond his call to care for our family. I know there are only 5 stars to rate a funeral home but this funeral home rates a 10 on our families book. If your searching for a family orientated funeral home this is the one ! Thank you, Ed Smith
